CNC Machining

Prime Machine implements the latest technology and techniques to produce the highest accuracy and quality parts in the shortest time frame. This allows for complex and large scale parts to be produced, altered, and repaired to amazingly close tolerances. Our CNC lathes and mills accomplish operations that would be impossible by conventional machines.

complex contoured shapes can be machined by directly importing CAD files of the desired part into the Vericut CAM software, creating the machine program, and downloading it directly to the CNC machine controller. Most CAD formats are adaptable to our native Unigraphics solids format.

Conventional Machining

Many projects involve both conventional and CNC machines to complete the various operations in the best time frame and budgetary manner. This synergistic combination has been the key to the successful completion of many large scale projects at Prime Machine.

Prime Machine has a large compliment of conventional (manual) machines for small batch, single part, proto-typing, repair and average complexity parts. These types of parts are often done more quickly on conventional (manual) machines, than on CNC machines.
